Kelby Construction, Inc., a North Carolina S-Corporation, is a Limited General Contracting firm, which specializes in general construction and concrete forming. The company was established in 2005 and, since its inception has been engaged in a significant amount of project work. While the company has two core lines of business, its targeted area of growth is in concrete forming. Kelby Construction is headquartered out of Marshville, N.C. and currently maintains a footprint that extends across the North Carolina region. This footprint includes a 100-mile radius from the center of Charlotte, extending to areas as far north as Hickory; West as Gastonia; East as Rockingham and, South as Fort Mill, S.C.

The full range of our capabilities spans across the areas of grading, footing/rebar installation, as well as concrete forming and pouring for foundations and walls. Our general contracting services include renovations, remodeling and building additions and new construction. On the concrete forming side of the business, the firm has provided foundation and floating pouring / forming services.
